Located in a remote part… Great book by Magnus N. who took the restaurant world be storm with his Faviken. The personal stories chronicling his highs, lows, struggles, and future plans are amazing, and the recipes come straight off his restaurant menu. I was a bit put off by the price, but the book is meaty and full of great photos. The writing is thoughtful, in depth.

Dinner was 1750 SEK (about $270, €200) – and one thing you need to keep reminding yourself, or myself, in Sweden is that the standard of living and prices for everything are higher than in other countries.
